Tricia started farming mushrooms at home in 2015 as a hobby to feed family and friends. Midnite Mushrooms became a local (Vineland NJ) food producing farm in 2017. Tricia loves the thrill of the hunt and spends as much time as possible out foraging for wild mushrooms. Being a mushroom grower has strengthened the bond she has with nature, her community and food.
